Less Lethal Limited is an independent authorized dealer of Byrna products. All Byrna trademarks, product names, warranties, and intellectual property are the exclusive property of Byrna Technologies Inc.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a replacement at no charge by submitting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within ten (10) days of receipt. After this period, issues are covered under the manufacturer’s limited warranty.

Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled for a full refund. To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@lesslethal.ca or call 905.251.1493. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
Less Lethal Limited collects personal information when you visit or make a purchase on the website. This includes device information such as browser type, IP address, and site interactions, as well as order information like name, billing and shipping address, payment details, email and phone number.
Personal information is used to process and fulfill orders, communicate with customers, screen for fraud or risk, improve and optimize the website experience, and deliver marketing or promotional communications when users opt in.
Less Lethal Limited uses cookies, log files, pixels, and similar technologies to collect usage data and improve site functionality. The company does not alter data practices in response to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
Personal data may be shared with trusted service providers such as Shopify (ecommerce platform) and Google Analytics, as well as with legal authorities when required by law. Less Lethal Limited does not sell personal information for profit.
Customers who opt into SMS messaging may receive order updates, reminders, and promotional messages. Information is shared only with partners necessary to provide these services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages.
Order information is retained for record-keeping purposes unless a customer requests deletion of their personal data. To request deletion, please contact info@lesslethal.ca.
Less Lethal Limited is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. Customers must be 18 years of age or older to purchase products.

By purchasing through Less Lethal Limited, customers acknowledge responsibility for complying with all federal, provincial, and municipal laws governing the purchase, possession, and use of less lethal devices in Canada.
Orders ship via third-party carriers to approved addresses. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon shipment. Less Lethal Limited is not responsible for carrier delays or losses once shipped. Some items may be restricted from shipping to certain jurisdictions.
Orders are typically shipped within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours during operating hours.
Orders placed online are subject to inventory availability and verification. Order confirmations do not guarantee acceptance; only shipment confirmation constitutes final acceptance of an order.
Customer information is collected solely for order processing, legal compliance, and customer communication. Personal information is handled securely and is not sold or shared except as required to fulfill orders or comply with applicable laws.
